Growth Analytics Associate Consultant (AI)

Location: Evanston, Illinois, United States; hybrid working model with work from home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Client-facing travel is required as needed.

Salary: $120,000–$137,000 per year, with potential COLA, bonuses, relocation benefits, insurance, and retirement benefits.

What you will do

• Develop analytics, generative AI, data products, intelligent dashboards, and AI-powered applications for client business challenges.
• Work with client executives and stakeholders to shape analytics roadmaps and identify digital transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data Engineering, and Technology partners to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Drive adoption, governance, documentation, and stakeholder training for analytics and AI initiatives.
• Present analytical results to clients and internal teams, build client relationships, and serve as a project point of contact.
• Lead and mentor Associates while supporting project delivery and organizational change.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline with strong quantitative and analytical coursework; a PhD may substitute for work experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience.
• Experience analyzing and validating data with SQL, including data quality checks, trend analysis, and business-question analysis.
• Strong understanding of RDBMS concepts, SQL, data warehousing, reporting, big data, data management, analytics, and cloud platforms.
• Programming proficiency in Python and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship are required.
