Business Analytics Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, with three days in the office each week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live and be authorized to work full-time in the United States. Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Denver.

Base compensation: $125,000–$145,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Embed with the Revenue organization to understand decisions and turn ambiguous requests into high-value analytical questions.
• Build and ship analyses, models, and scalable visualizations for the broader Revenue organization.
• Use AI agents, LLM tooling, and agentic workflows to accelerate data exploration and delivery.
• Advise Data and Analytics teams on data models, metric definitions, and semantic layers.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs, identify model errors, and make analytical reasoning inspectable to stakeholders.
• Develop reusable tooling, patterns, and documentation for AI-enabled analytics across Revenue.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data science, with measurable impact on business decisions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering meaningful work with LLMs, coding agents, or agentic workflows, including output verification.
• Advanced SQL and experience with complex modeling and semantic layer design in a modern data warehouse such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Experience with modern visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of revenue models, business impact prioritization, and executive communication.
• High autonomy when working through ambiguity; a quantitative, technical, or business degree is preferred.
