Product Manager (Capitation Adjudication)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. residents only

Salary: $88,100–$220,200 annual base pay

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize product enhancements and backlog items for the Capitation Adjudication platform.
• Gather and document business requirements, operational use cases, functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, Client Services, and Implementation teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, release preparation, testing, and post-release activities.
• Evaluate enhancements based on payer operations, client needs, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Support product demonstrations, client discussions, implementation activities, and roadmap planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years of experience in healthcare payer, managed care, or health plan operations.
• Five or more years of hands-on production experience with Capitation Adjudication, such as EZ-CAP.
• Experience with payer production support, issue resolution, process improvements, system enhancements, and requirements analysis.
• Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing, capitation administration, provider reimbursement, or managed care operations.
• Must reside and work within the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with claims, authorizations, benefits, provider administration, or EDI within Capitation Adjudication.
• Experience with value-based care, risk-based payment models, capitated products, implementations, upgrades, conversions, or major system enhancements.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SQL, reporting tools, or healthcare operational reporting.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile certification, or similar professional certification.
• Previous client-side experience supporting hirify.global’ EZ-CAP platform.
