Sr. Manager Digital Enterprise Product Owner (Digital Health)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States; minimum 3 days a week onsite

Salary: $168,000–$201,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize product backlogs for Therapy Services and Intelligence platforms.
• Translate clinical and product intent into technically explicit, testable, and compliant user stories.
• Decompose epics and features into executable backlog items with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and readiness activities.
• Identify engineering dependencies and align delivery decisions with architecture and long-term technical direction.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, and Architecture to support traceability, verification, and predictable delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital product development, including Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or similar roles.
• Experience with regulated software or digital health environments is strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and PI-based delivery models.
• Strong ability to translate complex product, clinical, and technical requirements into actionable backlog items.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, scaled delivery frameworks, technical concepts, systems thinking, and regulated quality expectations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in matrixed, global environments.
