Full-Stack Application Developer (AI)

Location: Based in Recife or São Paulo, Brazil, or willing to relocate to one of these locations

hirify.global is a retail technology company developing an AI-powered SaaS platform for inventory optimization, replenishment, allocation, inventory balancing, and store operations.

What you will do

• Own product features end to end, from technical design and development through deployment and production support.
• Build scalable frontend and backend applications using modern web and cloud technologies.
• Maintain and enhance a mature production platform while balancing speed, quality, security, and maintainability.
• Write clean, secure, well-tested code and build automated tests.
• Use AI development tools for implementation, debugging, testing, and code exploration.
• Investigate production issues, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, DevOps, Customer Success, and global Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Experience building and maintaining production applications, with a solid understanding of frontend, backend, and API design.
• Comfort working in cloud environments and familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience using AI coding assistants in day-to-day development.
• Excellent written and spoken English; CVs must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Spark or ClickHouse.
• Exposure to data pipelines or distributed systems.
• Experience in SaaS or product companies, especially in retail, supply chain, inventory optimization, or data-intensive B2B platforms.
• Startup experience.
