Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (Brazil)

What you will do

• Architect, implement, and own customer-facing and back-office software systems for a two-sided transportation marketplace.
• Build frontend applications with JavaScript, Vue, and React, and backend services with Java.
• Develop and lead initiatives across REST APIs, web applications, mobile apps, data engineering, and DevOps.
• Deploy robust applications to AWS and improve scalability, reliability, monitoring, and automation.
• Define engineering best practices and adopt AI-assisted approaches to improve code quality and developer productivity.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with engineering leaders, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer.
• Hands-on leadership of end-to-end projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong frontend development skills with Vue, React, or Angular.
• Backend experience in JVM-based environments, including Java, Kotlin, or C#.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, especially AWS.
• Ability to take ownership of complex deliverables and collaborate across functions.
