Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid work from the Berlin HQ, London office, or Iași hub. Relocation assistance is not provided.

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate the distributed execution engine that runs customer workflows.
• Develop Python backend services on AWS using Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, and event-driven pipelines.
• Contribute to AI initiatives including MCP servers and an agentic co-pilot.
• Address latency, reliability, and scalability challenges in production systems.
• Own systems end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Make architectural decisions, review code, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with Product and Design.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of leading complex projects in a senior capacity.
• Deep expertise in React and experience working with Design Systems.
• Strong system design skills and the ability to make and defend architectural trade-offs.
• Experience with AWS Serverless at scale, including Lambda, SAM, CloudFormation, DynamoDB, and Aurora.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for aligning technical and non-technical stakeholders.
