Senior Software Engineer (Python / Full-Stack / DevOps)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend services and microservices.
• Build full-stack applications with React frontends and API-based backend services.
• Develop, deploy, and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in Azure.
• Integrate and process large-scale healthcare and customer data for the Customer360 platform.
• Contribute to architecture, technical decisions, CI/CD automation, testing, documentation, and Agile delivery.
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery and code quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4–6+ years of professional software engineering experience and a record of independently delivering production software.
• Advanced Python, RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, software engineering best practices, and design patterns.
• Experience with Node.js, React, SQL, relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and data integration concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, GitLab CI/CD, and cloud-native deployment patterns.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments and contributing across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and data workstreams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, ETL, data pipelines, Snowflake, Elasticsearch, vector databases, or graph databases.
• Experience with applied AI, machine learning algorithms, LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, or Model Context Protocol.
• Experience with TypeScript, Terraform, observability solutions, Azure networking and security, or cloud cost optimization.
