Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid; at least 3 days per week from the Berlin HQ, London Office, or Iasi Hub

hirify.global builds an AI-powered Agentic Decision Platform that helps financial institutions automate and optimize decisions using AI agents, rules, relevant context, and human oversight.

What you will do

• Build and ship end-to-end production features for the AI agent platform across Python backend services and React/TypeScript frontend applications.
• Develop conversational copilot experiences, including chat interfaces, streaming responses, rich in-chat interactions, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
• Improve agent execution, external tool integrations, error handling, and platform reliability.
• Own features through scoping, implementation, testing, release, and iteration based on customer feedback.
• Review pull requests, improve test coverage and CI/CD, and participate in technical discussions and team rituals.
• Take part in daytime operations and eventually an on-call rotation while developing DevSecOps skills.

Requirements

• Industry experience building full-stack web applications; this is not an entry-level role.
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript and experience creating rich, interactive user interfaces.
• Experience with Python backend development, RESTful APIs, and databases.
• Experience integrating with AWS or similar cloud providers.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with an emphasis on simplicity and precision.

Nice to have

• Experience with chat or conversational UIs, real-time or streaming interfaces, or data visualization.
• FastAPI, Pydantic, DynamoDB, Postgres, or SQLAlchemy experience.
• Exposure to LLM application development, agent frameworks, MCP, or developer tools.
• Experience with operations, on-call work, distributed systems, asynchronous task processing, or observability tooling.
