Location: Hybrid role based in Kadıköy, İstanbul, Türkiye

operates an AI-powered precision medicine platform that connects cancer patients with clinical trials and supports pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and healthcare systems.
What you will do
- Define product vision, roadmap, success metrics, priorities, and technical-debt plans for assigned AI-powered oncology products.
- Deliver features and product launches that improve clinical trial matching, enrollment, and site performance.
- Translate complex clinical and business requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product analytics and clinical outcome data, using results and user feedback to iterate after release.
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning, and other product development ceremonies across distributed engineering squads.
- Coordinate with Data/AI, Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, leadership, external vendors, and delivery partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, enterprise, platform, or technology products.
- Experience managing complex products with multiple stakeholder groups, competing priorities, and technical dependencies.
- Strong Agile delivery, product ownership, decision-making, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
- Experience with data-intensive or AI/ML-powered products, including data pipelines, model outputs, and technical architecture discussions.
- Track record of shipping products end-to-end, from ambiguous problem definition through launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required for all daily communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience in oncology, clinical trial operations, or patient-facing health technology.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, or mCODE compliance frameworks.
- Technical background in engineering, data analysis, or technical product management.
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, modern technology stacks, pharma partnerships, CROs, or drug development workflows.
