What you will do
- Manage end-to-end product releases, including versioning, release notes, translation, and indexing requirements.
- Conduct acceptance testing before releases and validate deliverables against the Definition of Done and user experience standards.
- Lead maintenance-focused sprints, prioritizing technical debt, bug fixes, platform stability, and performance.
- Monitor incident management, coordinate escalations, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Synthesize customer and user feedback, collaborate with QA and user support, and help resolve queries within established SLAs.
- Report on maintenance metrics such as uptime, SLA performance, team velocity, capacity, and delivery risks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a digital product team.
- Strong understanding of product management practices and experience with Agile and Waterfall development frameworks.
- Experience working across web, Android, and iOS products and platforms.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to create user stories, use cases, flow diagrams, wireframes, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation.
- Strong organization, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
