TL;DR
Product Manager (Clinical Workflows) (Oncology SaaS): Evolving user-facing oncology workflow products that support diagnosis, staging, treatment planning, ordering, and delivery with an accent on clinical safety, intuitive UX, and data-driven product strategy. Focus on evaluating AI capabilities, translating complex clinical and technical requirements into product roadmaps, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle.

Location: NY office, hybrid role with work from home and 3 office days set by the employee and team

Salary: $136,000–$187,000 annual base pay, with potential annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

  • Define and execute product strategy with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners.
  • Own the lifecycle of user-facing applications supporting clinical oncology workflows from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Lead the design, development, and rollout of data-driven products that improve clinical operations and safe care delivery.
  • Drive discovery through stakeholder collaboration, customer research, clinical insights, and product data.
  • Evaluate, prototype, and ship AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent workflows that reduce cognitive burden and improve clinical efficiency.
  • Set product requirements, KPIs, roadmaps, and strategic tradeoffs while communicating product direction to internal teams, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management experience, including scoping requirements, translating user journeys into technical backlogs, and leading products from concept to launch.
  • BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience in software, SaaS, or healthcare technology.
  • Strong technical curiosity and aptitude for AI/ML capabilities.
  • Strong UX sensibility, analytical and prioritization skills, and experience shaping complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
  • Customer-centric B2B/enterprise mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in the specified hybrid arrangement at the NY office, including 3 office days.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare technology, clinical workflows, or working directly with clinical users and stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying, scoping, or shipping AI/ML capabilities in complex SaaS products.
  • Experience in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments.
