Client Manager

What you will do

• Guide clients from the initial welcome call through website publication.
• Discuss website requirements, advise on structure, and align expectations with business goals.
• Coordinate final website revisions with web designers and ensure successful publication.
• Manage domain and email account transfers for clients.
• Use AI-supported tools to simplify routine processes and focus on client needs.
• Deliver a positive, consultative, and service-oriented client experience.

Requirements

• Professional experience in client service and regular customer interaction.
• Affinity for digital products and processes, with the ability to learn new systems and AI-supported workflows.
• Basic understanding of website structure and design principles.
• Ability to explain digital processes and results clearly to clients.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.

• Experience with CRM systems.
