Merchant Onboarding Associate (Menu & Assortment)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's office in Carlsberg Byen, Copenhagen, Denmark

hirify.global builds a global technology and logistics platform for ordering delivery from restaurants and retail stores.

What you will do

• Create menus and assortments for restaurant and retail partners.
• Communicate with partners to align their offerings on the platform.
• Work across internal and external systems, including AI tools.
• Support onboarding activities such as gear kitting and photo uploads.
• Share best practices and improve onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Fluent Danish and English
• Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong written and phone communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a structured, service-oriented approach.
• Self-starter mindset and continuous improvement focus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
