Sales Enablement Specialist

Location: Delft, Netherlands

Salary: €5,500–€6,500 per month

What you will do

• Design, plan, and deliver end-to-end sales enablement programs.
• Assess training needs and analyze sales skill gaps.
• Create practical playbooks and high-quality sales documentation.
• Conduct onboarding assessments for new sales colleagues.
• Translate strategy into long-term execution and improve sales efficiency.
• Challenge sales managers and collaborate with sales teams across international branches.

Requirements

• At least three years of sales enablement experience across multiple companies.
• Proven experience building outcome-focused sales enablement programs.
• Experience applying a training methodology that supports quality, reinforcement, certification, or continuous improvement.
• Strong background in creating playbooks and translating complex materials into clear documentation.
• Experience scaling sales efficiency and translating strategy into execution.
• Fluent English required; Dutch or German is a plus.
