Senior Product Owner (Fintech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office. A valid EU work permit is required.

Salary: €3,500–€4,600 gross per month, plus short-term incentives and long-term incentives where applicable.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product roadmap and translate strategy into a prioritized backlog.
• Engage directly with clients to gather insights and convert challenges into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, delivery specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define acceptance criteria and review completed work to maintain product quality.
• Balance client needs, business value, and technical feasibility while delivering product increments on schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable client-facing product role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience communicating and working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable deliverables.
• No previous unspent convictions for criminal offences under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania, except offences solely related to minor road traffic violations.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, capital markets, or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience working with global teams and across borders.
