Area Product Manager

Location: Must be based in or relocate to Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: €6,000–€7,000 per month (net)

What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for your area.
• Identify, validate, and prioritize product opportunities using customer insights and data.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the roadmap while coordinating dependencies across teams.
• Align stakeholders around priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Define and monitor key product KPIs to measure performance and iterate.
• Coach product teams on effective practices and foster a culture of ownership.

Requirements

• Experience managing the strategy and roadmap of a product area or domain.
• Strong product discovery and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in using data for decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must be willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
