Product Owner (Fintech)

Location: Milan, Italy

Annual base salary starthirify.global from: €57,000, plus variable remuneration based on role, business, and individual performance.

What you will do

• Manage the squad backlog, priorities, user stories, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business value, customer problems, and process requirements.
• Define and monitor product and process KPIs across the end-to-end value chain.
• Apply Lean-Agile practices to identify, escalate, and remove squad impediments.
• Coordinate requirements, documentation, releases, testhirify.global, defect resolution, and production issue management.
• Support IT risk, IT security, application development, and alignment with hirify.global standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Project Management within complex IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of Italian and English; English is required for written and spoken communication.
• Excellent data analysis, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solvhirify.global skills.
• Experience definhirify.global product or process requirements and managhirify.global backlogs.
• Knowledge of Lean-Agile development principles, tools, and techniques.
• Strong risk awareness, attention to detail, execution focus, and ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
