What you will do
- Develop skills matrices and upskill manufacturing teams to ensure robust engineering support.
- Identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions to improve manufacturing performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using TPM, SMED, and Business System methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership for processes, products, equipment, validation, change control, and pFMEA activities.
- Lead cost and waste reduction programmes while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote safety, quality, Right First Time performance, and operational excellence across manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified engineer or equivalent experience with a strong technical background.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within a regulated industry.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, TPM, OEE, SPC, and Six Sigma.
- Strong leadership, people management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in manufacturing technologies, automation, PLC/HMI systems, and relevant IT tools.
