AI Engineer Trainee

Location: Warsaw Downtown Office, with office attendance three times a week and partial remote work

Salary: 11,400 PLN gross/month

What you will do

• Design, develop, and scale AI/ML solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Build, test, and maintain production-ready code.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging AI technologies and models.
• Create data pipelines, data models, and feature engineering solutions.
• Deploy and manage AI products and cloud infrastructure using cloud-native services and infrastructure as code.
• Apply MLOps, DataOps, and DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation, monitoring, and system optimization.

Requirements

• Experience with Python programming.
• Knowledge of SQL and database systems.
• Experience with Git and GitHub.
• Understanding of data processing, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and derive actionable insights.
