Senior Associate Consultant Engineer - AI

Location: Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid working model with work-from-home and on-site presence at clients or hirify.global offices for most of the week. Client-facing roles require travel as needed.

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines for model training, deployment, inference, and automated scaling.
• Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable AI solutions.
• Implement infrastructure as code and integrate AI pipelines into CI/CD workflows.
• Deploy AI models securely into production and build monitoring for model performance, data drift, and data quality.
• Design deep learning algorithms and neural networks for image recognition, natural language processing, and speech recognition.
• Lead and mentor junior AI Ops Engineers while providing guidance on frameworks, deployment strategies, and observability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in AI Ops, machine learning, and DevOps.
• Professional proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end AI pipelines and leading small engineering teams.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.
