TL;DR
Senior AI Engineer (AI Factory) (Python, Cloud, Agentic AI): Building scalable AI services, reusable components, and data processing pipelines for P&G’s AI Factory with an accent on technical leadership, cloud platforms, and service architecture. Focus on designing reusable AI solutions, integrating APIs and inherited GenAI services, and ensuring reliable, secure, and economically sustainable delivery.
Location: Warsaw Downtown Office, Poland; hybrid work with up to two days per week from home

What you will do
- Lead technical and architectural decisions for the Reusable AI team, including service and reusable component development.
- Build and maintain scalable AI services, reusable tools, templates, and ETL pipelines for data scientists and AI Factory users.
- Collaborate with project managers, infrastructure and cloud teams, Customer Solutions Engineering, IPA, GenAI teams, and external partners.
- Develop Python solutions and CI/CD pipelines across Azure and Google Cloud AI and container platforms.
- Ensure compliance with network, firewall, security, and cloud infrastructure requirements.
- Measure product adoption and evaluate cost-effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
Requirements
- Very strong Python development skills.
- Knowledge of at least one cloud environment: Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD processes.
- Practical experience with test-driven development.
- Experience using Docker.
- Experience developing applications for Kubernetes is a plus.
