Senior AI Engineer (AI Factory)

Location: Warsaw Downtown Office, Poland; hybrid work with the option to work from home two days per week and regular office engagement.

Procter & Gamble operates the AI Factory program and global multifunctional IT and Product Supply teams.

What you will do

• Lead technical and architectural decisions for the Reusable AI team, including services, reusable components, and external contributions.
• Collaborate with the project manager and stakeholders to translate user needs into business-aligned solutions.
• Oversee AI service and infrastructure development, including translation services and templates for AI processing pipelines.
• Integrate API backend capabilities and consolidate inherited services with IPA and GenAI teams.
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines and develop Python code for algorithmic processing, AI functionality, and ETL pipelines across cloud platforms.
• Ensure cloud, network, firewall, security, usability, and infrastructure compatibility while participating in Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework collaboration.

Requirements

• Very good Python development skills.
• Knowledge of at least one cloud environment: Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Practical experience with test-driven development.
• Experience using Docker.
• Experience developing robust code for AI functionalities, algorithmic processing, and ETL pipelines across cloud platforms.
• Ability to address network, firewall, security, and cloud infrastructure constraints.
• Ability to lead technical decisions, assess team capacity, evaluate cost-effectiveness, and implement product adoption metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience using Kubernetes as an applications developer.
