Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI)

Location: Warsaw Downtown Office, Poland; hybrid work with the option to work from home two days per week and regular office attendance.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Agentic AI systems, including multi-agent architectures, reasoning engines, and autonomous decision-making modules.
• Translate complex business problems into robust and scalable AI solutions in collaboration with data scientists and product owners.
• Develop and optimize AI models for performance, reliability, and interpretability within agentic frameworks.
• Design data pipelines and infrastructure for training and deploying AI agents, applying Data Engineering and Software Engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on integration, deployment, monitoring, CI/CD, containerization, and Enterprise/Cloud Computing environments.
• Contribute to AI-focused Enterprise IT Architecture, Agile delivery, innovation, and software quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 5 years of AI Engineering experience, with a strong focus on designing and implementing Agentic AI systems.
• Expertise in at least one major programming language, such as Python, Java, or C++, with a strong understanding of object-oriented design.
• Solid understanding of Data Science principles, including machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and familiarity with Enterprise/Cloud Computing concepts.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD, Docker or Kubernetes containerization, and infrastructure as code.
• Strong Software Engineering background, including version control such as Git, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Data Engineering techniques, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and familiarity with Software Quality Assurance processes for AI and software development.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills for working with complex technical challenges and cross-functional teams.
