Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI) (AI/Cloud): Designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI systems, including multi-agent architectures, reasoning engines, data pipelines, and production infrastructure with an accent on scalable AI engineering, cloud computing, data engineering, and software quality. Focus on building reliable agentic systems, integrating CI/CD and containerization, and testing and monitoring AI models in enterprise environments.
Location: Warsaw Downtown Office, Poland; hybrid work model with two days per week available from home

What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of agentic AI systems, including multi-agent architectures, reasoning engines, and autonomous decision-making modules.
- Translate complex business problems into robust and scalable AI solutions with data scientists and product owners.
- Develop and optimize AI models for performance, reliability, and interpretability.
- Design data pipelines and infrastructure for training and deploying AI agents.
- Build production-ready, maintainable, and documented AI systems using software engineering best practices.
- Integrate, deploy, monitor, test, and validate AI solutions with DevOps teams in enterprise and cloud environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 5 years of AI engineering experience focused on designing and implementing agentic AI systems.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language, such as Python, Java, or C++, with object-oriented design knowledge.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, data analysis, data warehousing, ETL, and big data technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, Git, code reviews, and testing.
- Experience with Agile development and software quality assurance processes, along with strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
