Location: Warsaw, Cracow, Wroclaw, Bialystok, or remote from these Polish locations

Salary: 12,600–19,320 PLN monthly for Mid-level; 19,320–28,560 PLN monthly for Senior/Lead, under B2B cooperation

What you will do

• Lead the development, implementation, and validation of machine learning solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Design AI solution architectures for complex business goals and oversee their implementation.
• Research and select tools, technologies, and AI approaches that meet business requirements.
• Translate client needs and business problems into data science solutions.
• Architect data pipelines and workflows, establishing standards for data quality and security.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams, present recommendations to stakeholders, and manage delivery within Agile/Scrum.

Requirements

• Commercial experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions involving machine learning, predictive modeling, optimization, LLMs, NLP, computer vision, or GenAI.
• Ability to develop ML algorithms from scratch through production deployment.
• Strong Python programming, object-oriented design, and experience with Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying solutions in AWS or Azure, with knowledge of MLOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, Snowflake, or Databricks, plus CI/CD principles using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• High English proficiency at C1 level, strong communication skills, consulting experience, and a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka.
