What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and validation of machine learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Architect AI solution frameworks and oversee the implementation of data pipelines and workflows.
• Research and select cutting-edge tools and technologies to solve complex client problems.
• Collaborate with Data and Software Engineering teams to ensure high-quality AI application delivery.
• Present technical findings and strategic recommendations directly to stakeholders.
• Manage task prioritization and delivery within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

• English: C1 level proficiency required.
• Proven commercial experience in designing and deploying scalable AI solutions (ML, LLM, Computer Vision, GenAI).
• Strong programming expertise in Python, including clean code principles, OOP, and ML libraries like Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, or Tensorflow.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and MLOps practices including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and software development lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
• Leadership or mentoring experience within technical teams.
• Academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
