Production Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Plan and optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase yield, productivity, and shift utilization.
• Develop and review production procedures and standard operating instructions.
• Train, coach, and develop the production team while maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Textile Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of production management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements, safety regulations, and 5S practices.
• Good understanding of ISO management systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Internal auditor certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification from a recognized institution.
