Developer

Location: Thu Duc City, Vietnam

Global consumer products company with a portfolio of brands across outdoor, kitchen, hydration, personal care, and household categories.

What you will do

• Coordinate product development between design, PLM, sample rooms, production teams, factories, and raw material suppliers.
• Translate design concepts into prototypes and ensure Osprey construction and fit standards are applied.
• Manage raw material references, color and fabric trims, lab dips, material qualification, inventory fabrics, and MOQ issues.
• Create and maintain prototype, development, sales sample, buy-ready, and production specifications.
• Prepare complete production packets and coordinate strike-offs, sample inspections, inline and final inspections, and change requests.
• Coordinate product photography, image corrections, spare parts lists, and communication with marketing and external contractors.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related professional experience.
• Excellent English language abilities and clear communication skills.
• Experience or background in backpack product development is preferred.
• University degree and experience with international companies are preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed and attend meetings, training, and business functions outside normal working hours when required.
