Hardline - JP Product Technician & Adult Product Technician (2)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; onsite laboratory role. Standard schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with lab shifts varying according to operational requirements.

What you will do

• Receive furniture, toys, juvenile products, and other assigned samples.
• Perform product tests according to approved methods, protocols, and standards.
• Record, consolidate, and evaluate testing results.
• Verify that release reports are accurate and clearly presented.
• Travel to factories on business trips when required.
• Complete additional assignments requested by management.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a similar role in a toys or furniture testing laboratory, or relevant comparable experience.
• College or university graduate, or equivalent experience in toys or furniture testing laboratories.
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 quality management systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of US, European, and children's product testing standards, including ANSI BIFMA, ASTM, EN, ISO 8124, and TCVN standards.
• Good English skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with initiative, communication skills, independence, and the ability to work under pressure.
