TL;DR
Technology Technician (Manufacturing): Developing new production items and samples while defining manufacturing specifications and resolving technical issues with an accent on process control, quality requirements, and cross-functional production support. Focus on validating samples for mass production, improving manufacturing processes, and applying MES, APS, WMS, ERP, data analytics, and AI tools to increase line efficiency.

What you will do
- Develop new items, samples, and production-related solutions.
- Follow and review sample, First Order Deployment, and sampling processes.
- Define manufacturing specifications and requirements with Prepress, Sample Development, Planning, and other departments.
- Resolve sample design and production issues and confirm readiness for mass production.
- Provide technical support to other departments and train or guide new staff and operators.
- Participate in projects to improve or develop processes and products.
Requirements
- University or college degree in Printing, Garment, Industrial Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or another technical major.
- 1–2 or more years of experience in technical support, process control, quality management, system deployment, or sample development in a modern manufacturing facility; freshers may be considered.
- Experience with data analytics, automated reporting tools, or AI tools in manufacturing is required.
- Hands-on experience or solid understanding of MES, APS, WMS, and ERP production modules.
- Good English communication skills with TOEIC 550 or higher.
- Ability to manage multiple deadline-driven projects, troubleshoot issues, adapt quickly, and use Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of RFID technology, hardware interfacing, or smart printing lines.
