What you will do
- Develop multidisciplinary Revit templates with structural, architectural, and MEP leads in accordance with ISO 19650.
- Establish and maintain Revit family libraries using international classification systems such as OmniClass and UniClass.
- Coordinate AutoCAD templates and layering standards based on AIA or ISO 13567 guidelines.
- Collaborate with international clients to finalize project templates and digital asset libraries.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in the AEC industry, including 3 years in BIM Management or Lead Coordinator roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit across all disciplines and AutoCAD, with experience developing templates and family libraries.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 workflows and international classification systems.
- Excellent English communication skills for collaboration with international clients and department heads.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
Nice to have
- Experience with Dynamo or Python for workflow automation and template optimization.
