What you will do
- Develop and manage production plans using sales forecasts, customer orders, and available production capacity.
- Plan material requirements, maintain optimal inventory levels, and coordinate purchase requests.
- Prepare and monitor master and daily manufacturing schedules to support on-time delivery.
- Optimize production sequencing and resource utilization to reduce setup times, improve productivity, and lower operational costs.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, and Production to resolve shortages, capacity constraints, and bottlenecks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good command of English required, with effective written and spoken communication.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
