Supply Chain Ops Analyst II

Location: Tam Ky, Quảng Ngãi, Vietnam. Work is performed in a typical office environment with in-person collaboration unless remote work is pre-approved.

What you will do

• Monitor factory daily output and productivity, identify risks, and coordinate action plans to prevent production delays.
• Support capacity reservations, capacity validation, style allocation, lead-time identification, buy proposals, and buy release confirmations.
• Optimize value-added services and shipping solutions with regional and factory partners to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage factory partner performance, drive continuous improvement, and support onboarding and training for new team members and factories.
• Coordinate end-to-end SMS and bulk sample operations, including planning, packing, shipping, payment, and on-time delivery.
• Support supply chain projects, data integration, process optimization, non-compliance resolution, debit note payments, and chargeback negotiations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4 years of professional experience.
• Working knowledge of supply chain operations, related tools, systems, and procedures.
• Ability to solve varied operational problems, exercise judgment within defined parameters, and manage tasks with moderate guidance.
• Ability to explain complex information, coordinate cross-functional execution, and collaborate with factory partners.
• Ability to work in the typical office environment in Tam Ky, Vietnam; remote work requires prior approval.
