What you will do

  • Manage purchase-to-pay activities for approved requisitions, including buying-channel selection, purchase order approval, changes, delivery tracking, invoice clarification, and claims support.
  • Source and select vendors for direct and indirect materials while meeting technical, commercial, procurement policy, and annual savings requirements.
  • Support supplier registration, pre-qualification, performance evaluation, incident resolution, and supplier phase-out activities.
  • Coordinate supplier change controls, audits, incoming tests, self-questionnaires, quality agreements, and annual assessments with QM, QC, and requesting departments.
  • Maintain material, vendor, category, and catalogue master data in SAP/ERP systems.
  • Prepare sourcing reports, support projects and SOPs, drive cost-saving initiatives, and oversee scrap-item sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical procurement or purchasing technical equipment such as machinery and automation systems.
  • Strong Excel and SAP/ERP skills.
  • Strong English skills required.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, analytical thinking, and a strategic mindset.
  • Technical background is advantageous; experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, technical procurement, or an FDI company is welcomed.
