What you will do
- Manage P2P procurement activities for laboratory consumables, CAPEX, equipment, IT facilities, and indirect services.
- Lead sourcing, category management, supplier approval, supplier master data, purchase agreements, and item master data management.
- Develop suppliers and monitor quality, pricing, payment terms, delivery, service levels, and other commercial conditions.
- Manage CAPEX budgets, total cost of ownership, sourcing risks, and procurement performance indicators.
- Improve Coupa processes and procurement procedures through implementation, documentation, training, and reporting.
- Support financial planning, acquisition integration, and growth projects involving entities in Vietnam and Singapore.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement position.
- University or master's degree in business management, logistics and supply chain management, economics, or a related field.
- Fluent Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with supplier management, sourcing, cost control, reporting, and procurement operations.
- Ability to work with local purchasers, operations teams, global teams, and other stakeholders.
