What you will do
- Manage procure-to-pay activities for laboratory consumables, CAPEX, indirect services, IT facilities, and operational fees.
- Lead sourcing, category management, supplier approval, supplier master data, purchase agreements, and item master data management.
- Develop suppliers and monitor quality, pricing, payment terms, delivery, service, and other commercial conditions.
- Manage CAPEX budgets, total cost of ownership, sourcing risks, purchasing KPIs, and periodic spending reports.
- Improve Coupa-based procurement procedures, documentation, training, and reporting across Eurofins legal entities.
- Support growth projects in Vietnam and Singapore, including new entities, acquisitions, and financial planning.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a comparable purchasing or procurement position.
- University or master’s degree in business management, logistics and supply chain management, economics, or a related field.
- Fluent Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written.
- Experience managing P2P procurement, suppliers, sourcing, cost control, and operational purchasing.
- Ability to work with local purchasers, operation teams, global teams, and other stakeholders.
