What you will do
- Develop supplier partnerships through performance management, capability development, and continuous improvement.
- Drive cost optimization, affordability, and value-chain improvements.
- Lead supplier performance initiatives and implement category strategies.
- Manage supplier transitions and sourcing changes to protect business continuity and competitiveness.
- Provide market and supplier insights for fact-based decisions and strategic growth.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, purchasing, or related business development.
- Strong business development, supplier partnership, value-chain optimization, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience leading projects, managing change, and collaborating across stakeholders.
- Interest in manufacturing, supply chains, and market dynamics.
- Fluent English and Vietnamese, written and spoken, are required.
