Commercial Analyst (Dynamics 365)

What you will do

• Define commercial data structures, attribution models, revenue classifications, contract taxonomies, validation rules, and governance standards in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Lead commercial CRM data initiatives and partner with the Technical CRM Lead on system design and implementation.
• Act as the commercial data subject-matter expert for marketing automation, revenue intelligence, CPQ, and other commercial platform implementations.
• Define integration requirements between CRM and other commercial systems to prevent duplicate or conflicting data sources.
• Establish reporting and information requirements for different business audiences and work with the BI team to improve Power BI reporting.
• Apply AI and automation tools for data cleansing, deduplication, mapping, quality checks, and ongoing process documentation.

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM entities, fields, and relationships.
• Experience with at least one commercial technology area such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Gong, Clari, Chorus, or CPQ.
• Experience leading or acting as the commercial business lead on a platform implementation project.
• Strong understanding of data governance, taxonomy design, and data quality management.
• Experience defining reporting and information requirements across different business audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple regions and business units without direct line authority.
