Salary: £80,000–£110,000 per year

What you will do

• Baseline current-state operations across cost, volume, errors, and time.
• Build quantified business cases with sensitivity analysis and realistic value estimates.
• Model realised value by accounting for adoption, effectiveness, and integration.
• Advise on build-vs-buy decisions and connect solutions to client OKRs and board-level metrics.
• Track benefits through pilots and support go, adjust, or stop decisions.
• Deliver requirements elicitation, process analysis, documentation, and reusable value benchmarks.

Requirements

• Strong business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, structured interviews, workshops, and written synthesis.
• Experience with business cases, financial modelling, benefits identification, quantification, and realisation tracking.
• Analytical rigour when working with imperfect data and confidence bounds.
• Commercial awareness of consulting engagement pricing, scope, and drift protection.
• Confident communication with senior stakeholders up to board level.
• Solid AI literacy and the ability to assess feasibility and AI-tool adoption drivers.
