Director of Technical Program Management (R&D Program Execution): Leading a Technical Program Management organization responsible for end-to-end execution across complex, multidisciplinary R&D programs with an accent on roadmap alignment, governance, and delivery visibility. Focus on developing program managers, managing cross-organizational dependencies and resource trade-offs, and resolving technical, validation, data, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
Location: Hybrid in Petah Tikva, Israel, with travel between sites in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and Petah Tikva

What you will do
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop the Technical Program Management organization.
- Own the end-to-end execution model for major R&D programs, translating strategy and product roadmaps into executable plans.
- Establish program management methodologies, governance, execution standards, KPIs, and management mechanisms.
- Drive integrated planning across software and algorithm integration, validation, data readiness, infrastructure capacity, and technical dependencies.
- Provide senior leadership with transparent visibility into delivery readiness, risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and required decisions.
- Lead escalations and resolve cross-functional issues involving technical dependencies, resource constraints, integration, validation, and infrastructure.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in complex software or R&D environments, including large-scale technical programs.
- Proven experience managing and developing Technical Program Managers, Program Managers, or similar technical execution teams.
- Strong technical background, preferably including hands-on software development or engineering experience.
- Experience with modern software development processes, system integration, CI/CD, testing, validation, data pipelines, and large-scale development environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence senior Engineering, Product, and business leadership.
