Supply Chain Project Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead multiple strategic supply chain projects and programs, managing milestones, outcomes, and resources.
• Drive business transformation, supply chain readiness, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement.
• Analyze complex datasets with Excel, Databricks, Tableau, and related tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and build consensus across functions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Business, Legal, and executive stakeholders.
• Document project and process development phases and support organizational knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in program management, analytics, or related roles within a matrixed or global organization.
• Experience using AI tools and technologies to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and presentation design with PowerPoint.
• Experience with Databricks or similar analytics platforms; Tableau, Power BI, or SQL experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as PMP, CAPM, or Six Sigma.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
