Program Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Manage multidisciplinary projects from requirements through volume manufacturing across all product life-cycle stages.
• Coordinate interfaces between R&D, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Field teams.
• Manage project work plans, risks, budgets, and priorities.
• Provide market-oriented inputs, detailed specifications, and product priorities.
• Own on-time delivery of high-quality products with strong performance, reliability, manufacturability, maintainability, and competitive cost of goods.
• Manage customer activities, including installations, beta programs, and evaluations for new products.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering or a first degree in a technical-related field.
• At least 3 years of management experience as a hardware or software development team leader or in systems engineering.
• Significant experience working with customers in highly driven markets.
• High-level written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Leadership and execution capabilities required.

Nice to have

• Strong R&D background in multidisciplinary systems.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or capital equipment development.
• Experience in program or project management.
