Execution Program Manager (AI): Driving end-to-end execution across multiple development teams in a complex deep learning environment with an accent on execution planning, validation cycles, data readiness, and infrastructure capacity. What you will do
- Lead execution planning across multiple development teams and align delivery with product milestones and company objectives.
- Build and manage plans covering feature development, validation cycles, data readiness, infrastructure capacity, and integrations.
- Monitor progress, define and analyze execution KPIs, and drive corrective actions to maintain predictable delivery.
- Coordinate research, software engineering, DevOps, validation, data, and infrastructure teams to resolve blockers.
- Facilitate execution reviews using dashboards, logs, performance reports, and validation summaries.
- Help diagnose failing tests, integration conflicts, data gaps, and infrastructure bottlenecks.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in program or product management, including hands-on development experience.
- Ability to read, understand, and run code and scripts such as Python and Bash.
- Familiarity with development, CI/CD, testing, and data/ML tools.
- Experience with deep learning development processes.
- Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
