Senior Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel; onsite

What you will do

• Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of cross-functional program activities.
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and communication plans with stakeholders.
• Track milestones, timelines, budgets, deliverables, documentation, and reporting.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items through completion.
• Communicate execution status and reports to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify risks, gaps, and blockers, driving them to resolution while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on or supporting cross-functional projects.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Familiarity with project or task management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or Confluence.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude for reporting, documentation, or program execution.
• Fluent or full professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is also required.

Nice to have

• Fintech experience.
• Experience with global cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
