What you will do
- Manage and optimize CRM data models and SaaS revenue workflows.
- Resolve conflicting operational policies and document decisions.
- Design compliance-focused revenue operations processes.
- Maintain revenue data accuracy and support reliable reporting.
- Review and improve sales, customer success, and revenue processes.
- Provide operational insights and recommend scalable improvements across revenue systems.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on SaaS revenue, sales, customer success, or implementation operations experience.
- Strong CRM ownership and configuration experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience with billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project-management systems.
- Strong operational judgment, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong understanding of data integrity, reporting, and process design.

- Experience working in compliance-focused or regulated environments.
