Proposal Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Produce timely, high-quality client offers that support annual upselling targets and strong win rates.
• Manage the complete upselling lifecycle, from high-level estimation to final offering and client sign-off.
• Act as Project Manager and single point of contact for clients, Key Account Managers, delivery teams, stakeholders, and third parties.
• Coordinate offer timelines, quality, budgets, approvals, margins, contracts, and consolidated proposals.
• Support customer relationships and satisfaction across services, products, solutions, financials, and time-to-market.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting and proposal documentation in company systems.

Requirements

• Experience in coordination, governance, or administration within Financial Services.
• Business School degree or Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple topics independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with MS Office and SAP or related systems.
