Revenue Operations Expert (SaaS)

What you will do

• Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Manage quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
• Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across connected systems.
• Identify operational and policy-related challenges and support system adoption.
• Create documentation, reports, and process guidelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing CRM platforms.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment, problem-solving, communication, and workflow management skills.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy and reporting.
