What you will do
- Configure and manage CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Manage quoting, billing, ticketing, and project management systems.
- Build and optimize sales and customer success workflows.
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting across connected systems.
- Identify operational and policy-related challenges and support system adoption.
- Create documentation, reports, and process guidelines.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing CRM platforms.
- Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
- Strong operational judgment, problem-solving, communication, and workflow management skills.
- Strong understanding of data accuracy and reporting.
