Finance Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role in Tel Aviv, Israel

hirify.global is a direct-to-consumer commerce and payments platform helping app publishers sell digital goods directly to users while improving margins and control over the payment experience.

What you will do

• Reconcile company financial reports with settlement data and transaction reports from PSPs including Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, and Adyen.
• Manage and analyze monthly PSP costs, identifying discrepancies and trends.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities for PSP data using AI.
• Review and validate monthly publisher reports for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Operations on accurate financial reporting.
• Act as controller for selected subsidiaries, including monthly close, VAT returns, annual tax reporting, and related activities.

Requirements

• CPA qualification required.
• At least 2 years of experience after an internship in an FP&A role.
• Previous fintech experience required.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with payment processors such as Stripe, Braintree, PayPal, or Adyen is advantageous.
