Senior Accountant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and monthly, quarterly, and annual close under US GAAP and group accounting policies.
• Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, aging, and accruals.
• Oversee banking operations, cash monitoring, employee expenses, intercompany balances, recharges, and consolidation support.
• Prepare Israeli statutory financial statements, manage the external audit, and support direct tax, VAT, and withholding compliance.
• Review payroll accounting and statutory contributions, and guide the bookkeeping team on accuracy and timeliness.
• Own finance systems including NetSuite, Coupa, and banking platforms while improving and automating processes with AI tools.

Requirements

• Israeli CPA qualification required.
• Big 4 background with hi-tech audit experience required.
• 3–5 years of post-internship experience, preferably in-house at a global SaaS or technology company.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, Israeli direct and indirect taxation, statutory reporting, and external audits.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience across general ledger, Accounts Payable, and banking modules; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal Hebrew and English required.
