What you will do
- Run full-cycle bookkeeping and keep the books balanced and up to date.
- Process vendor, customer, and intercompany transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Work daily in NetSuite and support payment and expense workflows using Mesh, Dokka, and Expensify.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and fixed assets.
- Drive the monthly close, including accruals, prepaid expenses, amortization, and cutoffs, through to complete balance sheet and P&L reporting.
- Handle statutory filings and support the annual audit with documentation and responses to auditor requests.
Requirements
- Hands-on NetSuite experience.
- Full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
- Bookkeeping experience in a startup or technology company, with the ability to own the function independently.
- Strong English and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Highly organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with multiple entities or jurisdictions.
- Experience with Mesh, Expensify, or Dokka.
