TL;DR

Focus on maintaining internal controls, preparing forecasts and budget-versus-actual analyses, managing banking and payment processes, and integrating finance requirements into new systems.

What you will do

  • Implement and maintain the Finance SOX program, including assessments, documentation, controls, and SOX 404 audit support.
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, tax accruals, VAT reporting, intercompany transactions, and statutory accounting.
  • Manage banking, cash flow processes, payment runs, and coordination between Finance, Accounts Payable, and Shared Services.
  • Support audits, tax filings, statutory reporting, regulatory submissions, and interactions with auditors and tax authorities.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, budget-versus-actual analyses, profitability reviews, and management reporting for business decision-making.
  • Support cost accounting, inventory analysis, standard costing, and the V-Wave ERP migration and finance systems implementation.

Requirements

  • CPA certification and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
  • At least 3 years of experience with a Big 4 accounting firm in Israel.
  • Strong financial, accounting, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency; ERP experience required, with SAP or NetSuite experience advantageous.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a multinational company or medical device/pharmaceutical environment.
  • Experience with SAP or NetSuite.
