What you will do
- Implement and maintain the Finance SOX program, including assessments, documentation, controls, and SOX 404 audit support.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, tax accruals, VAT reporting, intercompany transactions, and statutory accounting.
- Manage banking, cash flow processes, payment runs, and coordination between Finance, Accounts Payable, and Shared Services.
- Support audits, tax filings, statutory reporting, regulatory submissions, and interactions with auditors and tax authorities.
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, budget-versus-actual analyses, profitability reviews, and management reporting for business decision-making.
- Support cost accounting, inventory analysis, standard costing, and the V-Wave ERP migration and finance systems implementation.
Requirements
- CPA certification and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
- At least 3 years of experience with a Big 4 accounting firm in Israel.
- Strong financial, accounting, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency; ERP experience required, with SAP or NetSuite experience advantageous.
Nice to have
- Experience in a multinational company or medical device/pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience with SAP or NetSuite.
